No sign-up required

Vecfy does not require an account to vectorize. The optional account only stores the email you used at checkout and a hashed password, so you can re-download purchases on another device.

Uploaded images

Your image is sent to our server to generate the vector. During processing, a copy is analyzed by an artificial intelligence model (Anthropic API) to identify colors and background; Anthropic does not use this content to train models. We do not publish your images or use them for any other purpose. The generated SVG returns to your browser encrypted and is only unlocked after payment. Purchased files are kept privately for 7 days for your account and then deleted.

Technical logs

We keep usage logs (file name, size, duration, processing cost and approximate location derived from the IP address) to operate the service, prevent abuse and enforce the free daily limit, without the image content.

Payment

Payment happens on Stripe's page, which collects your payment details. We only receive the payment confirmation, the email entered at checkout and an order identifier. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Data in your browser

So the download page works after payment and you can download again, we store in your browser (IndexedDB and localStorage) the encrypted vectorization package, the purchased SVG and simple preferences such as your language choice. This data stays on your device and can be removed by clearing the site data.

Cookies and analytics

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Signing in sets a single session cookie. If we adopt an analytics tool, it will be anonymous and disclosed here.
