Terms of use

1. The service

Vecfy converts images (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF) into SVG vector files using artificial intelligence and automatic tracing. Vectorizing and the zoomable preview are free. Downloading the final SVG requires a one-time payment per image, at the price shown on the page at the time of purchase (currently $3 (€2.90 in the eurozone, R$ 9,89 in Brazil)). The currency follows the buyer's country: Brazilian reais in Brazil, euros in the eurozone and US dollars elsewhere.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card data. Each payment unlocks the download of a single image, identified at the time of purchase. The file stays available for re-download in the same browser, and for 7 days in your optional account; we recommend keeping a copy.

3. Refunds

Because you inspect the result with zoom before paying, there are no refunds for aesthetic dissatisfaction. If the downloaded file is corrupted, does not open or differs from the preview, email contato@vecfy.app within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.

4. Rights to the images

You confirm that you have the right to use the images you upload. The generated vector file is yours, for personal or commercial use, with no watermark and no attribution required. Vecfy claims no rights over uploaded images or generated vectors.

5. Acceptable use

You may not upload illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or attempt to compromise the service (automated overload, reverse engineering of the download protection, etc.). We may block access in case of abuse.

6. Limitations

Vectorization is automatic and the result depends on the quality of the uploaded image. Photographs and very small images produce stylized vectors, not faithful copies. The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the price at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
